Recycling Technology
Recycling of waste material is essential for a sustainable vision of the economy.

Using our proprietary technologies, IPS and CPS, we can recycle all kind of plastic waste with the aim of producing Pellet or synthetic filament POY – FDY- HTY: bottle flake, fibre waste, textile waste and many others can be converted in pellet or directly to yarn, depending on the waste composition.
IPS technology
- Based on infra-red radiation and vacuum
- Removes volatile contamination in solid phase
- Homogenize the viscosity of the waste material
- Removes moisture from the material before melting
- Allows controlled increase of viscosity – SSP function
- Ideal for bottle flake and waste in form of small agglomerate
CPS technology
- Based on Centruder, unit based on melt centrifugation and vacuum (patent pending)
- Removes volatile contamination in melt phase
- Removes residual moisture from the melt
- Allows controlled increase of viscosity
WASTE TO PELLET RECYCLING TECHNOLOGIES

The whole textile industry requires new technologies capable of converting reusable resources in a renewed clean raw material that can be used to make sustainable products, helping to protect the environment, without compro- mising their level of quality and comfort.
Our company is engaged in the development to process different kind of plastic waste (PET, PA, PP, PE) to produce a clean regenerated pellet that can be used in extrusion process for textile application, like POY and FDY spinning.
As a result of this development we offer two different technologies to respond to the market needs:

WASTE TO YARN RECYCLING TECHNOLOGIES
An important improvement to optimize the production cost and the energy balance in the production of POY and FDY from post-industrial and post-consumer waste is the development of WASTE TO YARN technologies.
Our company is engaged in the development to process plastic waste of different kind (PET, PA) to produce directly, without the need of a pelletizing system, POY and FDY that can be used for textile application.
