VB-GREENSPIN-IPS 是一种专用于 rPET（瓶片）的纺丝系统，其中使用红外线和真空的组合在固态下进行 rPET 净化。

 

  • 该工艺非常适合处理薄片状 rPET。

  • 薄片被气动加载到红外线装置中，在其内使用红外线进行有效加热，同时薄片与特殊的再循环系统混合

  • 温度和真空的结合可以去除薄片中的所有挥发物，而不会导致产品降解。

  • 通过特殊的再循环系统实现产品的均质化

  • 如需要，系统可以通过引入温度、真空和时间的适当组合来增加废物的粘度以补偿其粘度损失。

  • 去污处理后，薄片进入单螺杆挤出机，在那里聚合物熔化并被推入聚合物生产线。

  • 聚合物生产线配有完整的机械连续过滤，以便为纺丝泵提供清洁的熔体以实现高效纺丝

  • VB-MAST 技术或传统称重系统可用于原液染色纺丝
